A List of Grievances Requiring Redress From The Federal Government

It is past time that we the American People face the reality that our current system of government is failing in what it was intended to do. These failures of our federal government to live within the confines of the Constitution of the United States has committed grievous offenses against the American People, the rightful rulers of our land. As such we must demand restitution of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and that the federal government be restructured to its original enumerated powers and purpose. The tyrannical growth of the scope, size, power and invasiveness on our individual rights especially privacy must be dismantled immediately.
The Federal Reserve must be investigated, audited and then dissolved with the power to control our currency residing in the House of Representatives as written in the constitution. The international corporation who through unconstitutional legislation was founded will return to the people the earnings of the American People they have stolen. Those found to be engaged in unconstitutional and or criminal activities shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This will be the last national bank in America once the restitution of all stolen money has been completed.
The federal government has grown beyond what is necessary and affordable. The Congress along with the President shall pass a budget cutting government expenses where the debt is extended no further and is demonstrably paying down the national debt. The national debt is a national security issue and must be treated as such. A debtor nation is neither free or sovereign subject to the whims of our creditors. The national debt must be eliminated as soon as possible.
The inalienable rights to freedom of speech, assembly, religion a free press and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances has been violated. The press is controlled by the government and is therefore by definition not free. Government involvement in all matters of media be it old or new platforms shall cease immediately. Freedom of speech in all its forms are to be free from government surveillance, legislation, adjudication or regulation without limit immediately and forevermore.
The right to privacy extends to a reasonable expectation to privacy. This includes freedom from having our communications including written, electronic or digital be surveilled without a warrant. All of our thoughts expressed remain our property in the context of ownership this includes the expectations that our physical location is private and not subject to monitoring or collecting. The right to privacy of our persons and effects shall be inviolable whether in the privacy of our homes, property or in transit through any mode of transportation.
The use of existing and future technologies shall be free from infringing on our individual inalienable rights to privacy. No governmental agency, individual, corporation or entity may incorporate any essential policies contrary to our individual privacy rights to use any means of communication, engaging in self-expression or commerce. The internet, its platforms, applications and all modes of communication will not be considered a surrender of the property of our movements or whereabouts. The use of technology shall not come at the cost of the loss of any of our liberties endowed in us by our Creator.
All unconstitutional provisions, laws or regulations such as the Patriot Act and provisions in the NDAA shall be shall be immediately null and void. The federal government shall return all powers not exclusively given to the states and the individuals of this country. All undeclared wars shall cease immediately and all use of the military shall be used only with the approval of the congress under Article I Section 8 of the constitution.
This is not an all-inclusive list but a starting point. Let the federal government listen and respond to the will of the people and resume its rightful place and role in the lives of the people it was created to serve. The federal government must respond and address our righteous grievances. Failure to do so will force the American People to use our inalienable right to dissolve the current system of government and replace it with one that ensures liberty for ourselves and our posterity with reliance on Divine Providence to guide our path.

The Rise of The Police State

The recent revelations about the President in his “private conversation” with foreign heads of states along with those of the National Security Advisor shows an unprecedented rise in the wielding of unconstitutional powers by the NSA. The fact that they have been spying on patriotic Americans for years who believe in our founding principles is unconscionable but  to spy and leak information on the sitting president and members of his cabinet is unfathomable. The people have spoken and the surveillance apparatus is supposed to be there to keep the president apprised of national security threats not to indiscriminately decide who they can use their broad capabilities to intimidate or destroy.

These people who it turns out were given sweeping powers by the Obama administration on the way out to undermine the current president to advance their globalist, statist and tyrannical world view must be stopped. The American people can no longer remain silent when  the uncontrolled and unaccountable people have the audacity to try and undermine the duly elected President of the United States. If they feel they can do this  to the president then who among us is safe. Our liberties have been stolen from us and it is time for American patriots to rise up in indignation and demand that these people be held accountable for their crimes against the American people.

I urge all Americans to embrace our heritage and reconnect to the unfettered love of liberty that made America great in the first place. These cowardly agents who supposedly work on our behalf in the service of OUR federal government must be held accountable and their power to spy on us must be dismantled. Those who work in the secret FISA courts need to be held to the standards set forth in our Declaration of Independence and constitutionally protected liberties.

Our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit have been stolen from ud and it is high time that the Patriot Act, portions of the NDAA and all other unlawful usurpations be rescinded. Furthermore it is time that the true scope and size of the trechery that’s been perpetrated on the American people in the name of national security be revealed. We must rise up and demand that our government be accountable to US, the rightful rulers of this republic.

The American people need to understand the level of treachery and treason that we have allowed to transpire in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. We have silently watched our unalienable rights to free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religión, rights to privacy, property, a speedy trial by a jury of our peers and even the right to life to be legislated, regulated and adjudicated away. This is not the America our founders envisioned. It is the antithisis of liberty and the rise of tyranny and an uncontrolled police state.

Whether America can be saved from the would be tyrants who scheme to control us remains to be seen. The president ran on an idea of making America great again but that will be imposible if the American people don’t understand the cornerstone and foundation of what made America great in the first place. we must put the pursuit of liberty above everything else. We as a people must grasp our destiny and reclaim our rightful place as the rulers of the government. We must understand that liberty is much more than freedom and that  if we truly embrace our liberty, then and only then can America be great again.

 

The Importance of Learning From History

I have often written about the importance of understanding our history and lamented the fact that many Americans don’t understand the founding ideals and values of our American fight for liberty. True liberty and the system of governance put together once independence was won from Great Britain was the Articles of Confederation. It was a loose alliance of the free and sovereign States of the united States of America. It was a government with very limited powers and maximum individual liberties for the States and the individual.

Fast forward to 1787 and the Constitutional Convention was called to amend the original Articles of Confederation because of the inability of the congress to raise taxes due to its limited authority and need for unanimous decisions. The delegates instead of amending the Articles created a new Constitution which needed to be ratified by only 9 of the 13 States. There was much debate at the time from patriots from all the various States on the wisdom of creating a much stronger centralized federal government but it did pass and the United States of America was born.

The aim of the new government was to form a Republican form of government and the ratification was contingent on there being a Bill of Rights to protect the individual liberty that the war of independence was fought over. I would urge all Americans to do your research and listen to the arguments both for and against the forming of the new federal government. The writings of both sides prove the undeniable passion of both sides both for and against ratification of the new constitution. It also shows the incredible foresight these American patriots had in their arguments for and against this new form of governance.

Fast forward now 240 years after the ratification of the Declaration of Independence and you will see the worst fears of the anti-federalists have come to pass. The government has outgrown its powers and our liberties have been trampled. I have often used the analogy of what happened to the Roman republic to what has happened to the original intention and vision of the American republic. Ultimately the centralization of power leads to the seeking of building an empire and an expansion of power at the expense of liberty. The ultimate irony is the same tactics are used, bread and circuses to distract the people as their liberties are usurped and their government inevitably falls under the economic weight of maintaining an empire.

Now we have an opportunity to set things right, to as Benjamin Franklin said when asked what kind of government they had given us was. “A republic if you can keep it”. The key to liberty has always been and forever shall be vigilance. We must take this chance while politicians are speaking of appointing original constitutionalists as Supreme Court justices to hold them accountable. This time we must ensure that they have the Supreme Court reverse the course of the government back to its enumerated powers and at the same time that they must cut the government down to size.

It is time to dismantle the leviathan government piece by piece. The American people were promised that this administration would be our voice and restore a government for the people, of the people and by the people. That’s why it is up to us to now take over the narrative. Take control from the media and the government elites and cut down the government bureaucracy and eliminate the usurpations of our rights. It is time to remind the government that our rights are God given and therefore cannot be taken away by legislation, adjudication or executive actions. It is time that unconstitutional powers such as those granted by the Patriot Act and the NDAA be rescinded and the American people’s rightful rights be restored.

I would suggest you read the attached post for it is highly informative of the historical parallels between Ancient Rome and modern day America. I would also suggest you read or listen to the Great Debates a course on the arguments for and against ratification of our present constitution. Become aware of your history because if you don’t know where you came from you can easily be fooled into becoming something that you are not. We are meant to enjoy free will to be governed under our Creator with minimal government interference in our pursuit of happiness.

We are very far away from where we should be as a country and as individuals. Learn your past so that together we can forge our common future and reclaim our hard fought birthright to righteous liberty. Be a voice of inspiration and a source of knowledge to your fellow man. Help to enlighten your fellow man so that the spark of righteous liberty may engulf the hearts and minds of Americans into a force that spreads across our land. Then and only then when we have shown the world what living in a system of self governance is like we can lead the world through our example to evolve to the next step in humanity’s destiny. Leading to a world where liberty will lead to righteousness, personal responsibility, prosperity and good will to all Mankind.

The Unconstitutional Abuse of Our Unalienable Rights

Six years ago I wrote the post below about the unconstitutional abuse of our unalienable rights as the TSA implemented the use of the full body scanner as I implored Americans to write to then House Majority Leader Democrat Steny Hoyer. The technology was being purchased from former Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff’s company which definitely seemed unethical at best. Yet this short post was about Americans’ rights to travel by air and still retain our unalienable right to privacy enshrined in the Fourth Amendment,” The right of the people to be secure in their persons, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrant shall issue, but upon reasonable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or places to be seized.”

The issue with the full body scanner and other measures being undertaken by the TSA is not the delay as stated by the House Majority Leader. The issue more precisely is the legality of these unreasonable methods. Travelers have a choice of having your picture taken naked, submitting to a sexual groping or facing a fine of up to $11,000. The unconstitutionality of this practice under the fourth amendment is clear. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, against unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant is being violated. The right of people to be secure in their persons, against unreasonable search and seizures shall not be violated without a warrant being issued based on probable cause. This would require a warrant to be issued against all Americans and that defies logic and is an insult to the American people. We require a different approach and should look at cheaper, constitutional and more effective ways to thwart would be terrorists. We cannot give up our essential liberties for a little security for as Ben Franklin so wisely said, we would deserve neither. We cannot give up who we are to defeat our enemies, we must remain true to who we are and look at alternative measures. El Al is an airline that has been facing terrorist threats constantly and yet has a security record second to none.

That was just the beginning, the proverbial tip of the iceberg as the government was totally trashing our right to privacy. The sad part is that many Americans still embrace this particular loss of liberty for a false sense of security. The misnamed Patriot Act has been the largest government attempt to steal the rights of the American people and grow the power, scope and reach into our lives in history. Edward Snowden told Americans that we were being spied upon by our own government contrary to its constitutional authority. Yet the scope of the treachery and the creation of a police surveillance state has grown to a monster that must be dismantled if liberty is to survive. The Patriot Act is not about ensuring or enhancing our security but is simply about control.

We were told that if you weren’t communicating with foreigners you had nothing to worry about. We were told if you weren’t doing anything wrong you had nothing to worry about which should have been the first red flag since this was supposed to be about National Security and not matters tied to criminal investigations. We were told they were collecting metadata, tracking phone calls origin, destination and length and keeping this data for future reference if a suspicious pattern emerged and not listening to our actual conversations. This, my fellow Americans is an outright lie.

We are being listened to in real time without having done anything to warrant such scrutiny except speaking out about our constitution and the system of government it was meant to control against stealing our unalienable rights and liberties. Our every movement is being tracked and the ability they have to manipulate our electronic devices is truly astounding and appalling. This federal government has since September 11, 2001 used the pretense of fighting terrorism to usurp our rights and use their power to try and intimidate and silence dissent. Our founding fathers fought a war against their own government, the most powerful in the world to establish that our liberties were unalienable and if our government didn’t work to secure these blessings then we had the right and duty to break the political bonds that bind us.

Ordinary Americans who have not forgotten our history, our founding values and principles are treated like criminals and in some cases have been murdered for daring to speak out against the growing tyranny. People like many American ranchers have had their livelihoods destroyed and their land which had been in their families for generations stolen right from under them. Those brave enough to resist like Lavoy Finicum have been murdered. Others like the Bundy’s have been held as political prisoners for daring to speak out and were tried by a government intent on denying them their right to properly defend themselves. It was only the right to a trial by a jury of their peers in Oregon who were able to see through the government deception and find them not guilty on all counts that they were cleared, only to be kept in custody to face charges in Nevada.

These patriots deserve justice and the government agents and their hired henchmen should be held accountable for their multiple crimes. The time has come for the American people to unite instead of listening to the false narrative being sold us about how we are divided. It is time for Americans to reclaim our heritage and birthright to freedom and liberty and reject the evil scourge of globalist tyranny. The globalists are on the verge of being thrown out of power across the globe just when they thought their tyrannical plans were about to come to fruition.

They are a severely wounded animal and as such must be treated with great caution for they are desperate and truly were not expecting a repudiation of their world view on such a large scale across the world. This is the time for us to ensure that as Americans we lead the global fight against tyranny and show the world what life in a country that embraces and practices true righteous liberty can be. We must dismantle the Washington establishment and political ruling elite class and replace it with a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We must destroy the leviathan federal government and bind it securely once and for all with the chains of the constitution as it was meant to be. We must ensure that never again we allow or even give our elected public servants the thought that we will allow them to legislate, regulate or adjudicate away our unalienable rights. We must limit the government to its enumerated powers and return the power of liberty back to the individuals.

The constitution isn’t perfect it is indeed flawed or we would never have found ourselves in this predicament. We must be vigilant and take it upon ourselves to serve our country in a sense of duty to restore the republic and its cornerstone and foundation of liberty. We must let the the tyrants and globalists know that liberty is the Creator’s wish for all of humanity and that we Americans will ensure that it flourishes once again in the hearts and minds of the people. We pledge to be better guardians of the republic which was founded to foster, nurture and protect liberty. We must speak loudly and boldly that we will not give in to fear or intimidation for indeed we are many and united in the cause of liberty we are invincible.

Terrorism and Our Rights

It has been suggested that in light of the recent terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida that Americans should consider giving up our rights if the government chooses to put us on a “terrorist watch list or a no-fly list” This includes giving up our rights to privacy, self defense and anything else the government decides we should give up in the name of national security. Now just take a moment and consider those words and do not simply accept them at face value but really consider what that implies in light of our founding principles and history. It has been implied that the government should have the power to choose who among us gets to keep our unalienable rights and who must forfeit them. This from a government who in the name of national security has already taken away our right to privacy in our persons, effects and papers through the implementation of the so called Patriot Act. This is a government who now has the capability to track our every move, listen to our every conversation and even peer inside our homes all without our knowledge, consent and without the prerequisite warrant showing probable cause to do so. They claim the right to search our bodies and things for the “privilege” of free travel through the most modern, convenient and speedy mode of travel when in reality we are free to come and go across this country with our property in the pursuit of happiness. This for many of us is part of our jobs which provide for our way of life.

Consider also the current acts this government has done recently. They have used the power of regulatory agencies to intimidate and deprive American citizens their rights to freedom of speech and to associate freely with the IRS scandal targeting groups who did not share the same political viewpoint of the current administration with no one being held accountable. A president who has said he would punish his political enemies. This is a government whose Department of Homeland Security is completely infiltrated by members of the father of terrorist organizations, The Muslim Brotherhood. A government who says the greatest threats to our national security are zealous Christians, right wing “extremists” who believe in the constitution and call themselves patriots or Tea Party members, sympathizers and climate change deniers.

This country came to be because brave people saw tyranny being imposed upon them and chose to fight the American War of Independence rather than submit to intimidation and even death for the cause of Liberty. Samuel Adams said, “The natural liberty of man is to be free from any superior power on Earth. Not be under the will of the legislative authority of man but only have the laws of nature for his rule.” Thomas Jefferson said, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Now I ask you to reconsider what has been suggested above taking into consideration the actions of the current administration in acting lawlessly. How often throughout the course of the history of this country the government has acted contrary to the Constitution which was put in place to control the federal government to certain enumerated powers given by the consent of the American people and reserving all the rest to the Sovereign States and the Individual. People talk about removing the rights enumerated in the first ten amendments otherwise known as the bill of rights. How could we have possibly strayed so far from our founding principles to understand that these enumerated rights not only aren’t the full extent of our rights under liberty but merely an incomplete list of what the government was enacted to protect not provide, Our rights came from our Creator and as such cannot be taken away by any man or form of government. Our rights come from God with His greatest gift to Humanity, free will which is Liberty.  Benjamin Franklin said, “Those willing to give up Liberty for security deserve neither.” So now having considered these founding principles from our history and these words of wisdom from our founding fathers, how could anyone suggest that the government should be granted the power to arbitrarily deprive us of our unalienable rights?

The problem facing America in dealing with the threat of Islamic terrorism is that we must follow the constitution and leave the American people alone to live in Liberty pursuing happiness as we see fit with minimal government intrusion in our lives freed to become prosperous once again.  Then we would be better able to defeat the evil enemies of the American people if we spent more time being vigilant against those most likely to commit acts of barbarism and not allow political correctness to get in the way of common sense legal investigations into the real enemies of the American people.
