It is past time that we the American People face the reality that our current system of government is failing in what it was intended to do. These failures of our federal government to live within the confines of the Constitution of the United States has committed grievous offenses against the American People, the rightful rulers of our land. As such we must demand restitution of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and that the federal government be restructured to its original enumerated powers and purpose. The tyrannical growth of the scope, size, power and invasiveness on our individual rights especially privacy must be dismantled immediately.
The Federal Reserve must be investigated, audited and then dissolved with the power to control our currency residing in the House of Representatives as written in the constitution. The international corporation who through unconstitutional legislation was founded will return to the people the earnings of the American People they have stolen. Those found to be engaged in unconstitutional and or criminal activities shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This will be the last national bank in America once the restitution of all stolen money has been completed.
The federal government has grown beyond what is necessary and affordable. The Congress along with the President shall pass a budget cutting government expenses where the debt is extended no further and is demonstrably paying down the national debt. The national debt is a national security issue and must be treated as such. A debtor nation is neither free or sovereign subject to the whims of our creditors. The national debt must be eliminated as soon as possible.
The inalienable rights to freedom of speech, assembly, religion a free press and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances has been violated. The press is controlled by the government and is therefore by definition not free. Government involvement in all matters of media be it old or new platforms shall cease immediately. Freedom of speech in all its forms are to be free from government surveillance, legislation, adjudication or regulation without limit immediately and forevermore.
The right to privacy extends to a reasonable expectation to privacy. This includes freedom from having our communications including written, electronic or digital be surveilled without a warrant. All of our thoughts expressed remain our property in the context of ownership this includes the expectations that our physical location is private and not subject to monitoring or collecting. The right to privacy of our persons and effects shall be inviolable whether in the privacy of our homes, property or in transit through any mode of transportation.
The use of existing and future technologies shall be free from infringing on our individual inalienable rights to privacy. No governmental agency, individual, corporation or entity may incorporate any essential policies contrary to our individual privacy rights to use any means of communication, engaging in self-expression or commerce. The internet, its platforms, applications and all modes of communication will not be considered a surrender of the property of our movements or whereabouts. The use of technology shall not come at the cost of the loss of any of our liberties endowed in us by our Creator.
All unconstitutional provisions, laws or regulations such as the Patriot Act and provisions in the NDAA shall be shall be immediately null and void. The federal government shall return all powers not exclusively given to the states and the individuals of this country. All undeclared wars shall cease immediately and all use of the military shall be used only with the approval of the congress under Article I Section 8 of the constitution.
This is not an all-inclusive list but a starting point. Let the federal government listen and respond to the will of the people and resume its rightful place and role in the lives of the people it was created to serve. The federal government must respond and address our righteous grievances. Failure to do so will force the American People to use our inalienable right to dissolve the current system of government and replace it with one that ensures liberty for ourselves and our posterity with reliance on Divine Providence to guide our path.

The recent revelations about the President in his “private conversation” with foreign heads of states along with those of the National Security Advisor shows an unprecedented rise in the wielding of unconstitutional powers by the NSA. The fact that they have been spying on patriotic Americans for years who believe in our founding principles is unconscionable but  to spy and leak information on the sitting president and members of his cabinet is unfathomable. The people have spoken and the surveillance apparatus is supposed to be there to keep the president apprised of national security threats not to indiscriminately decide who they can use their broad capabilities to intimidate or destroy.

These people who it turns out were given sweeping powers by the Obama administration on the way out to undermine the current president to advance their globalist, statist and tyrannical world view must be stopped. The American people can no longer remain silent when  the uncontrolled and unaccountable people have the audacity to try and undermine the duly elected President of the United States. If they feel they can do this  to the president then who among us is safe. Our liberties have been stolen from us and it is time for American patriots to rise up in indignation and demand that these people be held accountable for their crimes against the American people.

I urge all Americans to embrace our heritage and reconnect to the unfettered love of liberty that made America great in the first place. These cowardly agents who supposedly work on our behalf in the service of OUR federal government must be held accountable and their power to spy on us must be dismantled. Those who work in the secret FISA courts need to be held to the standards set forth in our Declaration of Independence and constitutionally protected liberties.

Our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit have been stolen from ud and it is high time that the Patriot Act, portions of the NDAA and all other unlawful usurpations be rescinded. Furthermore it is time that the true scope and size of the trechery that’s been perpetrated on the American people in the name of national security be revealed. We must rise up and demand that our government be accountable to US, the rightful rulers of this republic.

The American people need to understand the level of treachery and treason that we have allowed to transpire in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. We have silently watched our unalienable rights to free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religión, rights to privacy, property, a speedy trial by a jury of our peers and even the right to life to be legislated, regulated and adjudicated away. This is not the America our founders envisioned. It is the antithisis of liberty and the rise of tyranny and an uncontrolled police state.

Whether America can be saved from the would be tyrants who scheme to control us remains to be seen. The president ran on an idea of making America great again but that will be imposible if the American people don’t understand the cornerstone and foundation of what made America great in the first place. we must put the pursuit of liberty above everything else. We as a people must grasp our destiny and reclaim our rightful place as the rulers of the government. We must understand that liberty is much more than freedom and that  if we truly embrace our liberty, then and only then can America be great again.

The Importance of Learning From History

I have often written about the importance of understanding our history and lamented the fact that many Americans don’t understand the founding ideals and values of our American fight for liberty. True liberty and the system of governance put together once independence was won from Great Britain was the Articles of Confederation. It was a loose alliance of the free and sovereign States of the united States of America. It was a government with very limited powers and maximum individual liberties for the States and the individual.

Fast forward to 1787 and the Constitutional Convention was called to amend the original Articles of Confederation because of the inability of the congress to raise taxes due to its limited authority and need for unanimous decisions. The delegates instead of amending the Articles created a new Constitution which needed to be ratified by only 9 of the 13 States. There was much debate at the time from patriots from all the various States on the wisdom of creating a much stronger centralized federal government but it did pass and the United States of America was born.

The aim of the new government was to form a Republican form of government and the ratification was contingent on there being a Bill of Rights to protect the individual liberty that the war of independence was fought over. I would urge all Americans to do your research and listen to the arguments both for and against the forming of the new federal government. The writings of both sides prove the undeniable passion of both sides both for and against ratification of the new constitution. It also shows the incredible foresight these American patriots had in their arguments for and against this new form of governance.

Fast forward now 240 years after the ratification of the Declaration of Independence and you will see the worst fears of the anti-federalists have come to pass. The government has outgrown its powers and our liberties have been trampled. I have often used the analogy of what happened to the Roman republic to what has happened to the original intention and vision of the American republic. Ultimately the centralization of power leads to the seeking of building an empire and an expansion of power at the expense of liberty. The ultimate irony is the same tactics are used, bread and circuses to distract the people as their liberties are usurped and their government inevitably falls under the economic weight of maintaining an empire.

Now we have an opportunity to set things right, to as Benjamin Franklin said when asked what kind of government they had given us was. “A republic if you can keep it”. The key to liberty has always been and forever shall be vigilance. We must take this chance while politicians are speaking of appointing original constitutionalists as Supreme Court justices to hold them accountable. This time we must ensure that they have the Supreme Court reverse the course of the government back to its enumerated powers and at the same time that they must cut the government down to size.

It is time to dismantle the leviathan government piece by piece. The American people were promised that this administration would be our voice and restore a government for the people, of the people and by the people. That’s why it is up to us to now take over the narrative. Take control from the media and the government elites and cut down the government bureaucracy and eliminate the usurpations of our rights. It is time to remind the government that our rights are God given and therefore cannot be taken away by legislation, adjudication or executive actions. It is time that unconstitutional powers such as those granted by the Patriot Act and the NDAA be rescinded and the American people’s rightful rights be restored.

I would suggest you read the attached post for it is highly informative of the historical parallels between Ancient Rome and modern day America. I would also suggest you read or listen to the Great Debates a course on the arguments for and against ratification of our present constitution. Become aware of your history because if you don’t know where you came from you can easily be fooled into becoming something that you are not. We are meant to enjoy free will to be governed under our Creator with minimal government interference in our pursuit of happiness.

We are very far away from where we should be as a country and as individuals. Learn your past so that together we can forge our common future and reclaim our hard fought birthright to righteous liberty. Be a voice of inspiration and a source of knowledge to your fellow man. Help to enlighten your fellow man so that the spark of righteous liberty may engulf the hearts and minds of Americans into a force that spreads across our land. Then and only then when we have shown the world what living in a system of self governance is like we can lead the world through our example to evolve to the next step in humanity’s destiny. Leading to a world where liberty will lead to righteousness, personal responsibility, prosperity and good will to all Mankind.

The Constitutional Party of Nevada and What It Stands For

Posted in Politics with tags , , , , , , , , on February 7, 2014 by authorcarloscardoso

The Constitutional Party of Nevada is a party unlike any other. The Constitution Party stands for loyalty to State and Country above party, Country above special interest and Individual Liberty above big government. The Constitution Party believes that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution as written and intended by our Founding Fathers is the supreme law of the land and that no one is above the law. The belief that Liberty is endowed in us by our Creator and government’s most important role is to protect our liberties. These documents define who we are as a people and what America stands for. We stand in opposition to the NDAA, Common Core, Obamacare, Agenda 21 and all UN attempts to infringe on our sovereignty, property rights and all other efforts to usurp our Liberty. We stand ready and willing to work with all like-minded groups, organizations, parties and Individuals to elect candidates who will work to restore our Liberty and shrink the federal government back to its enumerated powers. We oppose the current fiscal policy of growing national debt and the Federal Reserve policy of printing money. We believe that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional and should be ended and those responsible for plundering our nation’s wealth should be held accountable. Constitution Party of Nevada Flyer
