The narrative of the source of our inalienable rights must change to educate all of Humanity that they come directly from our Creator and as such are inviolable.

Sadly, today many Americans speak of their constitutional rights when in reality there is no such thing. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights doesn’t give me or anyone else any rights. The Constitution like the Bill of Rights is flawed. If it weren’t, we wouldn’t be in the position we are today, where conservative patriots are considered the greatest threat by “our” government.

Our rights come directly from God & that’s why no one can take them away. The Constitution including the Bill of Rights doesn’t give us rights because if our rights came from the government, they could just take them away but it also isn’t clearly written enough to stop tyrants & judges from trying to twist its meaning to chip away at our inalienable right to self-defense. With all due respect to the participants of what came to be known as the Constitutional Convention we were better off under the Articles of Confederation than the constitution. In retrospect all of the stated concerns of the anti-federalists have come to pass.

If I had the opportunity to write a Constitutional Amendment to protect our right to self-defense it would read like this. The inalienable right to self-defense being critical to the individual’s right to life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness against criminals and tyrants, no impediment to any type of self-defense shall be tolerated nor contemplated. This is a natural right granted by our Creator and must be realized by Humanity as such and not viewed as a right or privilege granted by any government. Once we realize the true source of our rights the narrative will change and liberty will be understood for what it is, God’s gift to all of Humanity.

The Illusion of Freedom and the Loss of Liberty

Today the American people live in an illusion of freedom caught up in one of two narratives. The first is Republican versus Democrats as if this is a critical decision when deciding who will best represent the interests of us the American people. The other false narrative is of left versus right as if the politicians we get to choose from really makes a difference. The truth is that the 2016 elections and the aftermath has clearly shown that neither Republicans or Democrats, so-called right-wing conservatives or left-wing progressives really were working for a different America when they were both clearly shown to be working against the will of the American people and working in collusion for their own common goals.
The truth is both party establishments are working to establish a new world order. This new world order envisions a world without borders, without national sovereignty and ruled by one world government. This government can only come about at the loss of American sovereignty and the relinquishing of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as endowed upon all of Humanity by our creator. This vision of a new world order is predicated on the eradication of individual liberty to an all powerful one world government with tyranny at its core.
The two-party system and elections are nothing more than an illusion to keep the population controlled by giving the illusion of choice where in fact there is none. Consider some of the most important issues of our time and the way both parties have handled them. First the national debt, there was much ado made about how the Obama administration added more to the national debt than all previous administrations before them yet here we are two years later and what has changed? Nothing, we continue to add to the national debt at the same levels and debt reduction is unheard of in the media or by the representatives chosen to do the people’s business.
So, we have the issue of fiscal responsibility which should be a major difference if the left versus right paradigm were true but the actions of our government proves otherwise. Now let us talk about liberty again an issue that Republicans and Democrats as well as conservatives and progressives supposedly differ greatly yet where is the argument being made that big government is the antithesis of maximum personal liberty? Nowhere, big government has expanded to the point where our every movement is tracked, our every communication is monitored even in the sanctity of our homes.
Now we have a so-called security apparatus in place and being augmented daily to control us and strip us of our most basic inalienable rights to free speech, a free and independent press, privacy, the right to own and use our property as we see fit and self-defense. Gun control is being pushed on us at every level of government because history shows that a free people who are disarmed are no threat to a tyrannical government and has led to the slaughter of millions across the globe wherever it has been successfully implemented. That’s why the United Nations is pushing its small arms treaty which is nothing short of a global plan to remove guns from the people of the world so that tyranny may reign and liberty’s light be snuffed out across the world.
We live under a government run by bureaucrats working in our intelligence agencies along with our law enforcement agencies that are not only intrusive but dangerous with no regard for the people they are supposed to represent and protect. The CIA is waging a mostly silent war against American patriots and veterans are their number one target. Through purposeful neglect and outright murder our retired military personnel are being hunted down and eliminated. The deaths are inexplicable and are often blamed on suicide a convenient way to hide these deaths as personal weaknesses not outside influences. Even high-ranking active duty military personnel are not safe.
Look at the case of Vice-Admiral Scott Stearny, the commander of the US Navy’s 5th fleet who not coincidently died the same day as George H.W. Bush on November 30, 2018. The Admiral as Commander of the US Navy’s 5th Fleet was in a position where he commanded over 20,000 coalition forces in one of the most dangerous areas in the world. By virtue of the importance of his command of the 5th Fleet he would have had a security contingent of the best warriors the world has ever known yet his death is hardly covered in the media and publicly ignored by the president and commander-in-chief. All that was reported at the time was that foul play had been ruled out and the NCIS and Bahraini Foreign Ministry were investigating this “apparent suicide”.
The story has faded into obscurity more than two and a half weeks later as it was meant to. There is no organization on the face of this Earth that could have murdered this man and gotten away with it other than the CIA. The illusion of freedom is coming to an inevitable end as America cannot be conquered from outside but is vulnerable only from within. Yet the conquest of America from within will be bloody as patriots, ordinary citizens who believe in the Declaration of Independence and the united States Constitution, along with retired veterans, special ops and active military who honor their oath to defend the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic will rise together again in the cause of liberty.
Admiral Stearny was an important piece that was quickly and efficiently ruthlessly removed from the board in a war as old as time eternal, good versus evil, liberty versus tyranny, freedom versus servitude. The admiral did not commit suicide and what his role was in this fight over our hard-earned sovereignty and liberty and the implementation of a new world order is uncertain. Yet there can be no doubt that his untimely death wasn’t a suicide and the media will never investigate little less reveal the cause and the motive for this man’s death. Sadly, our government representatives aren’t questioning this outrageous act and you can’t help but wonder wh

Liberty

A noun, seven-letter word, three syllables defined by Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary in the following way: Plural liberties
1: the quality or state of being free
a: the power to do as one pleases
b: freedom from physical restraint
c: freedom from arbitrary or despotic control
d: the positive enjoyment of various social, political or economic rights and privileges
e: the power of choice
The definition begins with being free this is why the word liberty is seldom heard, freedom has become synonymous although it is not. They continue with “the power to do as one pleases”. Now I would have to disagree with that as there is no power just ability and to do as one pleases is also incorrect because liberty has limits. Their definition doesn’t recognize that liberty extends and ends where the life of another person is impacted, we don’t have the power to kill anyone as we please. Those limits are understood as and classified as God and Nature’s Law.
We could spend time covering the other definitions but I’d like to focus on two points, one that being free and freedom are in three of the top number one definitions and then c: freedom from arbitrary or despotic control is worth discussion. This definition is not only correct but insightful as it talks about arbitrary, despotic and control. All of these are elements of tyranny and its proponents. This shapes the definition of liberty in a different light; that of good to tyranny’s evil.
The definition of rightful liberty as defined by Thomas Jefferson is:
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.
So, given the chance with all due respect to Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and in light of Thomas Jefferson’s insightful definition. I think it is a complex concept that one must understand if one is to embrace it as a value so I would humbly suggest the following.
1. The inalienable right to pursue happiness by choices that harm or diminish no other.
a: The right to do as one wishes as long as it hurts no other.
b: The responsibility to live with the consequences of our choices.
Let us start here to discuss the comparison to the definitions above and Thomas Jefferson’s terms of rightful liberty, the quality or state of being free as compared to the suggestion above. Their definition suggests that being free is synonymous with pursuing liberty I do not agree. It doesn’t state where liberty comes from, its limitations in regards to others and the responsibility for the consequences of our choices and actions. All of these plus tolerance for anyone to practice true liberty must understand that the right to make choices is universal and although we may not agree we must respect our fellow man or woman to live life as they see fit. We are not to be judged or to judge others, that is not our place nor our right.
So, liberty is a responsibility for we are left with the consequences of our choices and actions. The pursuit of happiness is universal the actual attaining of that goal will vary according to circumstances and individual choices. The limitation is not only tolerance but respect for our fellow beings as we claim that life and liberty are a gift from our Creator. Lastly, no one has the authority to usurp our liberty or impose tyranny upon us, our rights are inalienable.
Because Liberty therefore is the foundation of freedom, Liberty is greater than freedom the pursuit of which will create the circumstances where rightful freedom is possible. Without true Righteous Liberty freedom is an illusion a false sense of security. We have allowed our liberties to be trampled over the centuries since our inception in the Declaration of Independence. It is our duty to ensure its existence against the despots, tyrants and all who would seek control over others.

It is past time that we the American People face the reality that our current system of government is failing in what it was intended to do. These failures of our federal government to live within the confines of the Constitution of the United States has committed grievous offenses against the American People, the rightful rulers of our land. As such we must demand restitution of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and that the federal government be restructured to its original enumerated powers and purpose. The tyrannical growth of the scope, size, power and invasiveness on our individual rights especially privacy must be dismantled immediately.
The Federal Reserve must be investigated, audited and then dissolved with the power to control our currency residing in the House of Representatives as written in the constitution. The international corporation who through unconstitutional legislation was founded will return to the people the earnings of the American People they have stolen. Those found to be engaged in unconstitutional and or criminal activities shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This will be the last national bank in America once the restitution of all stolen money has been completed.
The federal government has grown beyond what is necessary and affordable. The Congress along with the President shall pass a budget cutting government expenses where the debt is extended no further and is demonstrably paying down the national debt. The national debt is a national security issue and must be treated as such. A debtor nation is neither free or sovereign subject to the whims of our creditors. The national debt must be eliminated as soon as possible.
The inalienable rights to freedom of speech, assembly, religion a free press and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances has been violated. The press is controlled by the government and is therefore by definition not free. Government involvement in all matters of media be it old or new platforms shall cease immediately. Freedom of speech in all its forms are to be free from government surveillance, legislation, adjudication or regulation without limit immediately and forevermore.
The right to privacy extends to a reasonable expectation to privacy. This includes freedom from having our communications including written, electronic or digital be surveilled without a warrant. All of our thoughts expressed remain our property in the context of ownership this includes the expectations that our physical location is private and not subject to monitoring or collecting. The right to privacy of our persons and effects shall be inviolable whether in the privacy of our homes, property or in transit through any mode of transportation.
The use of existing and future technologies shall be free from infringing on our individual inalienable rights to privacy. No governmental agency, individual, corporation or entity may incorporate any essential policies contrary to our individual privacy rights to use any means of communication, engaging in self-expression or commerce. The internet, its platforms, applications and all modes of communication will not be considered a surrender of the property of our movements or whereabouts. The use of technology shall not come at the cost of the loss of any of our liberties endowed in us by our Creator.
All unconstitutional provisions, laws or regulations such as the Patriot Act and provisions in the NDAA shall be shall be immediately null and void. The federal government shall return all powers not exclusively given to the states and the individuals of this country. All undeclared wars shall cease immediately and all use of the military shall be used only with the approval of the congress under Article I Section 8 of the constitution.
This is not an all-inclusive list but a starting point. Let the federal government listen and respond to the will of the people and resume its rightful place and role in the lives of the people it was created to serve. The federal government must respond and address our righteous grievances. Failure to do so will force the American People to use our inalienable right to dissolve the current system of government and replace it with one that ensures liberty for ourselves and our posterity with reliance on Divine Providence to guide our path.

The Coming Storm

We’ve been given access to see the workings of the political establishment now for quite some time. We’ve seen that neither party feels constrained by the will of the voters, the people who are in charge as described in the constitution, in their efforts to control the outcomes of our presidential primaries against the will of the people and their inability to govern effectively due to the efforts of both parties and their leadership. We’ve watched gridlock and corruption continue to prevail as our interminable “War on Terror” continues with no end in sight and the national debt continues to grow unabated.
We’ve watched a Special Counsel Investigation into Russian collusion with the Republican campaign for president spied upon under the direction of the DOJ, the FBI in collusion with the intelligence agencies of the federal government begin prematurely under the direction of the opposition party administration. This unprecedented effort to not only influence an election but if that didn’t work then resist the duly elected president with the aim of removing him from office and overturning the will of the American people is the greatest political and criminal offense ever perpetrated in our lifetimes. The truth is coming out yet both parties fight the will of the leader of the executive branch, the president of the United States.
Unfortunately, we Americans who believe in the federal government’s responsibility to protect our liberties for ourselves and our posterity must ensure this midterm election repudiates the establishment’s efforts to control the outcome and make our voices heard. We see what is happening presently in Venezuela and Cuba and categorically in line with our founding values reject socialism. We are the greatest country in the history of the world due to our embracing and institutionalizing in our system of government that liberty is our birthright from our Creator and as such live in accordance with what is known as God and Nature’s law.
Our government was established by the people for the people of the people to establish a more perfect union. The main responsibility of which was to chain the federal government’s powers by the constitution to solely its enumerated powers and keep the promise of minimal government and maximum liberty. Clearly from the beginning of our constitutional republic the federal government through the efforts or lack thereof of the three branches of government has expanded its powers beyond the intention of the people’s consent when the constitution was ratified to take the place of the Articles of Confederation which bound the 13 sovereign states who made up the united States of America since their liberation from English rule.
Now we are watching the predictions of the anti-federalists come true as the constitution has been unable to stop the growth of government to the detriment of individual and States rights. The country has become seemingly hopelessly divided through the actions of our federal government and their controlled media propaganda machine. This in combination with their control of our educational system has left a republic weakened through designed ignorance. Sadly, the vast majority of American citizens are incapable of passing the immigration test on our system of governance as designed and planned by the founders to protect our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This is a disgrace that uncovers a fundamental flaw in our education system.
This is by design as the globalists wish to destroy our constitutional republic from within as America cannot be defeated by outsiders for we are too strong and proud to allow that to happen. However, if we are divided and distracted then we become easy prey for our enemies to destroy us from within especially as our history is erased and rewritten to paint our country and our cause as outdated and even the fruit of evil. We are not a country built on a lie. We were a country built on the indisputable cause of liberty for all Mankind even if it was ahead of its time and inevitably altered the fate of Mankind to allow us to progress in less than 300 years way farther than we had in the history of Humanity.
The story of America is we are a country founded on irrefutable truths. We believe that our rights to liberty come straight from our Creator and as such are in inviolable by any government. We claim these truths to be self-evident and as such belong to all Humanity. Our responsibility is to model liberty and limited government to the world and lead the new enlightenment across the world.
We must reject, defeat and expose the globalists for what they are. They are the embodiment of evil and plan to reimpose tyranny on the world. We must embrace our heritage of liberty and model it for all the world to emulate as they see what true liberty means. None of us are free if we tolerate the slavery and tyranny which controls most of the world for even one person. We must dismantle our current government’s efforts to impose a police state upon us in the name of national security and firmly with one voice reject the expansion of government powers and take down all federal employees who don’t honor their oath to preserve, protect and defend the constitution from all threats, foreign and domestic.
We must open our eyes to the threat from within and take back our government and restrain it to its enumerated powers. We must unite against the false narratives of division. America’s strength lies in its ability to embrace our diversity as a strength realizing that our common destiny is greater than any false division among us. We are Americans and our primary responsibility is to secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity.
Anything less and all who have died to give us and preserve our liberties have died in vain. The American experiment in self-governance, limited government and maximum liberty has failed and tyranny and the evil behind it has triumphed. This cannot be our destiny for our Creator gave us free will for a reason. We were meant to live by God and Nature’s law and liberty is the birthright of all Humanity.
We are at a crossroads as the globalists and tyrants have amassed great power and control of the levers of power it is our duty to ourselves and Humanity to be victorious after all we fight on the side of good against evil. Let us be the example that George Washington envisioned us to be. Let us be the shining example of what liberty can mean when applied to all of Humanity. Let us lead the next enlightenment so that liberty may become the norm and slavery and tyranny are erased from the face of the Earth.

The Choice of Brett Kavanaugh For Supreme Court Justice

Posted in Carpenter vs the United States, Clayman v Obama, Declaration of Independence, Inalienable Rights, Justice Brett Kavanuagh, President Trump, Right to Privacy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ditrict of Columbia Circuit, United States Supreme Court with tags , , , , , , , , , , on July 15, 2018 by authorcarloscardoso

Brett Kavanaugh

The most critical choice being considered now is the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States. The media is spinning this as a right vs left, Democrat vs Republican, Trump supporter or anti-Trump vote. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is about putting a justice on the court who will interpret constitutional issues on the text within the context of intent, by the founding fathers.
Justice Kavanaugh is not a proponent of individual expectation to privacy. He interprets the constitution as written without regard for intent. This narrow view makes the Bill of Rights a restriction on our individual liberties not a minimum guarantee as intended. This is exactly why some of the Founders felt the Bill of Rights was not only unnecessary but dangerous as it could be used to constrain our rights to only these and the narrow definitions contained within.
Some of the founding fathers were insistent that the Bill of Rights was essential because they felt that these minimum guarantees were necessary to protect liberty. Yet now the text is used to limit what those liberties were defined as, not how it was intended. The Founders never would have expected that our reasonable right to privacy would be relinquished when travelling by normal conveyance for personal or business needs yet what rights do we relinquish through force of law when flying on an airplane?
This is a common mode of transportation yet we have given up our rights to privacy in our things and our person for the “convenience” of flying. Now we see the same things with our cell phone records including our calls and our location tracking data held for 5 years by the carrier. This information is given to 3rd parties, the cell phone tower owners to collect. The argument then is that we have voluntarily relinquished the information, it is their property a key distinction, so our expectation of privacy to be tracked is lost.
Justice Kavanaugh has written that the collection of our phone records can be used by the government in the name of national security. He doesn’t view privacy and its importance in the context of not only the Fourth Amendment, he ignores the Ninth and the Tenth. Our right to privacy is inalienable and absolute. The power to surveil our every word even in the supposed sanctity of our homes and means of conveyance, such as our cars is the epitome of tyranny and a means of control.
Our inalienable rights are not defined or confined to the words written in the individual amendments to the constitution. Nor are they defined through the rulings of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is a separate but equal branch of government and no more. The Constitution was written to ensure that the federal government was contained to its enumerated powers and no more. The Supreme Court through the power of judicial review has allowed the government to amass powers never intended and this has gone on for centuries.
Now technology will be introduced where everything in your home will be voice activated and listening all the time. Now the government can listen and watch us in the very sanctity of our homes. This is not liberty as the Founders intended to leave their posterity after fighting for their inalienable rights. Technology’s reach is expanding and it is being used against us by the globalists behind the deep state. We must realize that all powers not given to the federal government were retained by the States and the individual. The constitution through judicial review has weakened the binds of the constitution meant to constrain the federal government. States’ rights and individual rights are being trampled and this must end now.
Justice Kavanaugh on the grounds of constitutional interpretation has a record of being weak on protecting our individual rights to privacy. This is an issue of great importance now and even more in the not so distant future. We need a Supreme Court who will look at the constitution and especially our rights through the perspective of intent and context not strict interpretation of one part of the text. This narrow focus misses the point and endangers us all to tyranny and that was never the intent of the founders. We would do well to demand that our liberties be defended not undermined. In the case of our right to privacy. Brett Kavanaugh doesn’t seem to be in the best interests of the American people. I urge the Senate to quickly reject Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination and find a more suitable candidate.

The Supreme Court Decision on Cell Phone Tracking

Posted in Carpenter vs the United States, FISA courts, Inalienable Rights, Liberty, Right to Privacy, United States Supreme Court with tags , , , , , on June 30, 2018 by authorcarloscardoso

cell phone tower

The recent decision in Carpenter vs the United States by a 5-4 margin was a slim victory for privacy and liberty and by more than just the vote. The majority opinion written by Chief Justice Roberts was grounded in common sense but very limited in scope. He wrote that cell phones were virtually an indispensable way of life and some people are required by their occupation to carry them 24/7 and he’s right. He also noted that 5 years of historical data held by a third party couldn’t be gathered without a warrant because it had to meet the expectation of probable cause needed to search a person’s movement over that length of time without infringing on our reasonable expectation to privacy.
There were three dissenting opinions written in response with Justice Gorsuch writing his own opinion alone without concurrence. This is even more interesting in that Gorsuch wrote that had Carpenter argued that the cell-site location information records were his property he would have concurred with the majority. This simple distinction was pivotal in the decision-making process of all nine Supreme Court Justices. The key word here was property in the dissents written by Justice Kennedy with Justices Thomas and Alito as well as the other written by Justice Alito with Justice Thomas all hinged on the concept of ownership of the cell-site location information the expectation to privacy in the dissenting opinions were lost due to the issue that ownership of those records were held by the carriers of which AT&T was the largest.
Americans have by the nature of the internet and wi-fi essentially given away our reasonable right to privacy in order to avail ourselves of the convenience these innovations have brought to the world. This is something that we as consumers must rally around. We must demand that any information shared with a provider of any service such as these we consent only to being used to our benefit if we choose but any tracking of our movements is an infringement on our right to privacy and our thoughts and conversations are by right intellectual property and should be protected as such.
Therefore, we as Americans must demand that our use of modern conveniences and as stated before in some cases not always by choice cannot and will not be used to track anyone without their consent or without a warrant in a court of law where both sides have an advocate. This would nullify the FISA courts which are unconstitutional since it is ex parte, there is a prosecutor without a defense lawyer or even an impartial advocate. It is a one-sided presentation which has been shown can be manipulated through the willful avoiding of disculpatory evidence by the prosecutor.
The American people must insist that this tracking of our movements is by its very nature our individual property. Law enforcement agencies do not have the right to track any citizen for any reason without a warrant which was the focus of this case. Therefore this decision pointed out a fatal flaw for anyone with a cell phone, the wireless and wi-fi providers track our every movement with a date and time stamp and save it for 5 years. The time is unreasonably long and records of our movement are by nature our reasonable expectation of individual privacy and rightful property.
We need to have privacy agreements for cell phone, tablets, computer, websites, apps and wi-fi companies to clearly state that the records of our movements remain our individual property as we consent to the use of their cell towers to use their products and services. The time of record retention is arbitrary and too long. I believe that there is no reason for those records to be maintained in the manner that they are for any length of time. The mere carrying of some devices crucial to Americans does not mean I or you willfully surrender our rights to the expectation of privacy and allow our movements to be monitored and owned by anyone but the individual.
This decision did not place any limitation on government agencies nor does it involve them in the solution. I don’t seek government legislation, regulation or adjudication to solve this dilemma. We the American people who pay for our internet, cell phones and other electronic devices must demand from our government and the providers that our individual rights are not for sale and non-negotiable. The tracking, monitoring and all other intrusions on our inalienable right to privacy are intolerable and must end now. This case shows how tenuous our liberties are to a government that we clearly currently don’t own.
