Although we have many more rights than these, the globalist tyrants must eradicate these to rob us of our inalienable right to liberty to spread tyranny in America. The right to free speech is under attack. The internet controls the narrative by choosing what to distribute and what to censor. This is occurring as Google, Facebook and Twitter have a stranglehold on the sharing of information and all have clearly established practices to promote globalist views while stopping the spread of information on our founding principles of liberty and values on which this country was established.

The importance of the right to bear arms is eloquently described by Benjamin Franklin when he said, “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!” clearly stating the right to bear arms is essential to protecting liberty. The 20th century chronicles many examples of where gun control led to disarmament of the populace and to the murders of millions repeatedly across the planet. This illustrates that liberty can only be maintained as long as the right to bear arms is not infringed.

The right to privacy is crucial in stopping the rise of tyranny and this generation preserving the rights endowed us by our Creator for ourselves and our posterity .We have endured the loss of privacy when we travel, monitored in our homes and in all our communications what are we left with? We are trading liberty for a false sense of security and in the end we are losing both. Liberty is the foundation of freedom and true security.

We willingly give up privacy using technology for convenience allowing the globalist tyrants in our government to watch, listen and track every moment of our lives. This coupled with their ability to manipulate all of these technologies creates the ability to fabricate evidence and vulnerability to false accusations. Only the right to a trial by a jury of our peers can protect us from the loss of life and liberty. This was recently on display in the dismissal of all charges against the Bundys.

Therefore we must find ways to control the narrative in America to cherishing and protecting our liberties. Repealing the immoral, illegal and unconstitutional powers this government has stolen to control free speech, privacy and gun control. We must regain control of our education system which has been hijacked to erase and rewrite history. We must hold the media accountable for distributing misinformation and reclaim the narrative. We must fight to retain and retake our loss rights to bear arms across America. We must retake our lost rights to privacy in the name of security so that liberty may endure. Finally we need to realize the truth that the most dangerous enemies to our republic are within our government working to destroy the American experiment of self governance and liberty and justice for all.

The people speak about the existence of a deep state working within our government against the interests of the American people and our system of governance. The first thing that people must realize is that this is not a new phenomenon. The CIA along with the backing of the international criminal organization known as the Federal Reserve have been bankrolling them while robbing the American people of our hard earned wealth through fraud and crimes against our liberty.

The truth once it eventually is exposed by the light of day will show that America has been under constant attack by the forces of tyranny since before our independence and ever since. The fact is that liberty has always been under siege so it’s up to us to decide how far back into uncovering this treachery do we go. Recently the Kennedy assassination files have begun to be released. Perhaps we can start there almost six decades of lies, murders and theft that had to be protected at what cost?

We can start three decades ago and the actions taken under H.W. Bush towards surrendering American sovereignty to the UN. We can move up to the Clintons and the audacity which with they pushed their criminal activity. We can go up to George W. Bush who masterfully played the American people to happily give up their liberties under the guise of increased security in the face of fighting terrorism. Or we could start with the Obama and Clinton alliance which took criminality and the rise of tyranny to new heights with the help of many bureaucrats and elected politicians all guilty of treason whether by action or omission.

Either way we need to decide where to start because justice and liberty have been denied for far too long and immediate action is required. We have the Bundys and their fellow patriots who rallied to their side to stand against government lawlessness and intimidation only to be hunted down and held as political prisoners. If we are to believe that OUR government will do what is right then the Bundys, the Hammonds and many more Americans who have been persecuted, abused, murdered and wrongfully imprisoned must find justice.

It is time that these patriots and patriots all across this land find justice from a government that has trampled our liberties and robbed us of our livelihoods and even murdered some spilling the blood of patriots beginning the watering of the Tree of Liberty. Soon the blood of tyrants will be mixed with the blood of our patriot brothers. This will only happen once the light of liberty shines the light of truth across this land and the tyrants are exposed and brought to justice. This will take time because the more we peel away the layers of illusion and misinformation the more traitors that will be exposed and the further back we will go realizing how much we have been asleep at the wheel and allowed evil to grow so strong.

Unite To Fight Tyranny And Preserve Liberty

This is what I wrote and shared a year ago today and this tyranny has continued. I can say from experience that the definition of anti-government is a perversion used by the globalists to try and stifle our liberty and destroy the foundational principles upon which this country was built. You are labeled anti-government and placed under constant surveillance and harassed for believing in what America was created to be.

Unfortunately many Americans are cowed by fear of being on the list and remain silent allowing this evil cancer to spread across our land. Our forefathers had the fortitude, courage and faith that since the quest for liberty was a just cause and with the blessings of Divine Providence they could overcome what should have been insurmountable. I will never surrender or submit to any so called, globalist elitist authority. I claim my birthright to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and I know that there are enough patriots left that we shall prevail.

I stand with our founding fathers to shout out loudly and proudly that freedom, liberty and justice under God’s and Nature’s law shall prevail. I refuse to be silent and allow evil to grow more powerful. All it takes for evil to flourish is for enough good people to remain silent. To those who will give in to this intimidation I remind you that we call this the land of the brave. If you can’t understand that then you are ignorant, foolish and or cowardly. You truly are a stain on the memory and sacrifice of our founding fathers and the generations that preceded us. I will do EVERYTHING in MY power to ensure that liberty does not perish from the Earth.

Here’s what I wrote a year ago today:

Freedom of speech was first in the Bill of Rights for a reason. It was meant to ensure that free speech especially against a tyrannical government was not only protected but encouraged. This is how the citizenry could not only be free to speak out but free to associate with likeminded individuals to educate their fellow citizens to ensure that the government be accountable to the American people who are the rightful masters of the United States federal government.

We as patriots are by duty bound to speak out against tyranny and despotism to our very last breath to defend righteous Liberty. We will not be cowed by fear nor silenced by unconstitutional laws meant to deprive us of our inalienable rights and Liberties. We shall choose to defy and nullify laws such as the NDAA which have no rightful place in nature’s laws upon which our rebellion against the British monarchy and subsequent Declaration of Independence were based. We must continue to fight to seek justice for Lavoy Finicum and all the other political prisoners being held for daring to question the federal government’s right to deprive them of their right to the pursuit of Happiness.

The BLM and the FBI have no right to deprive them of their way of life little less their rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Living off the land as ranchers for generations is their chosen lifestyle and profession and by what right does the government claim to be able to harass and take away their livelihood? They vigorously prosecute these American patriots for no reason while looters and criminals in cities such as Baltimore and Ferguson are allowed to destroy private property with impunity.

Wake up America if you don’t think there’s something wrong here you are asleep, ignorant or foolish. All it takes for evil to flourish is for enough good people to remain silent. When we allow anyone’s Liberty to be diminished all of our Liberties are diminished. Lavoy Finicum was murdered by agents working for or with our government needlessly and unlawfully. If we allow them to get away with it then who among us is safe?

The WikiLeaks Story Narrative And The Loss Of Liberty

liberty9n-1-web

On the day following the Statue of Liberty going dark for several hours a story was released on WikiLeaks detailing some of the capabilities of the government to spy on its citizens. It was a powerful symbol of how the flame of liberty is being slowly extinguished and swallowed up by the dark forces of tyranny spreading across our land. The most powerful symbol however of this unprecedented occurrence was that although the statue went dark her crown and torch still shone bright for the entire world to see. This symbolism of the flame of liberty still shining in the growing darkness should be seen as a strong message from our Creator that liberty will not perish from this land.

Clearly the American people have entirely missed the most important point of the WikiLeaks story. The biggest issue here is that the government has admitted that they have the ability to spy on us through our phones and television sets whether they are on or off. They have admitted to this which any sensible person would have to conclude that if they have admitted to that then they surely have even greater capabilities that as of yet have not been publicized. Yet the media and our government try to spin the narrative of this story to how our national security was being weakened when in all actuality it is our liberties which in fact are in peril.

Those of you who believe the CIA statement that they don’t use this capability against American citizens are naive at best and foolish or living in your own fantasy world at worst. The fact that the government is able to spin this story as an outrage because this was leaked to the American people instead of the people being outraged at this abuse of government power and usurpation of our unalienable right to privacy is incredulous and quite saddening. Our founding fathers would be disgusted at how we have lost the sense of importance and value of liberty.

The state of our unalienable rights is under attack and in great peril. The apparatus this government has put in place to control the American people while telling us it is in our national security interests while usurping our liberties is appalling and in need of change. They are using this to watch US not terrorists or threats to our republic. This is being used by the globalists to undermine liberty loving Americans everywhere who still have the courage to embrace our timeless founding values and principles and have the courage to speak out against it.

It is time to inundate our representatives with calls, emails and visits to their offices demanding accountability and the end of the police state that America has become. It is time for the American people to rise up united in the fight for liberty and demand that the government end the illegal surveillance that has been in place since shortly after the 9/11 attacks. The power that the government has amassed in its self declared fight against terrorism is nothing but a ruse to lull the American people into yet another level of dependency on a government that has grown increasingly arrogant and abusive. It is time for the government to change its ways or be changed for people who will honor their oath to defend and protect the constitution of the United States from enemies both foreign and domestic.

Sadly, today the greatest threat to American liberty isn’t some foreign terrorists or homegrown terrorists inspired by their evil ideology but the very government supposedly entrusted to protect us. It is time to take apart the entangled web of treasonous traitors and clean house in the government of people who think that the promise and false facade of security gives them the right to usurp our unalienable rights. Anyone who works in the government sector who is working to impose their tyranny upon us must be removed from their position by any means necessary.

The Rise of The Police State

The recent revelations about the President in his “private conversation” with foreign heads of states along with those of the National Security Advisor shows an unprecedented rise in the wielding of unconstitutional powers by the NSA. The fact that they have been spying on patriotic Americans for years who believe in our founding principles is unconscionable but  to spy and leak information on the sitting president and members of his cabinet is unfathomable. The people have spoken and the surveillance apparatus is supposed to be there to keep the president apprised of national security threats not to indiscriminately decide who they can use their broad capabilities to intimidate or destroy.

These people who it turns out were given sweeping powers by the Obama administration on the way out to undermine the current president to advance their globalist, statist and tyrannical world view must be stopped. The American people can no longer remain silent when  the uncontrolled and unaccountable people have the audacity to try and undermine the duly elected President of the United States. If they feel they can do this  to the president then who among us is safe. Our liberties have been stolen from us and it is time for American patriots to rise up in indignation and demand that these people be held accountable for their crimes against the American people.

I urge all Americans to embrace our heritage and reconnect to the unfettered love of liberty that made America great in the first place. These cowardly agents who supposedly work on our behalf in the service of OUR federal government must be held accountable and their power to spy on us must be dismantled. Those who work in the secret FISA courts need to be held to the standards set forth in our Declaration of Independence and constitutionally protected liberties.

Our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit have been stolen from ud and it is high time that the Patriot Act, portions of the NDAA and all other unlawful usurpations be rescinded. Furthermore it is time that the true scope and size of the trechery that’s been perpetrated on the American people in the name of national security be revealed. We must rise up and demand that our government be accountable to US, the rightful rulers of this republic.

The American people need to understand the level of treachery and treason that we have allowed to transpire in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. We have silently watched our unalienable rights to free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religión, rights to privacy, property, a speedy trial by a jury of our peers and even the right to life to be legislated, regulated and adjudicated away. This is not the America our founders envisioned. It is the antithisis of liberty and the rise of tyranny and an uncontrolled police state.

Whether America can be saved from the would be tyrants who scheme to control us remains to be seen. The president ran on an idea of making America great again but that will be imposible if the American people don’t understand the cornerstone and foundation of what made America great in the first place. we must put the pursuit of liberty above everything else. We as a people must grasp our destiny and reclaim our rightful place as the rulers of the government. We must understand that liberty is much more than freedom and that  if we truly embrace our liberty, then and only then can America be great again.

The Truth About This Election

Posted in Freedom of Speech, Liberty, Politics, Presidential Election, Unalienable Rights with tags , , , , , , , , , on November 5, 2016 by authorcarloscardoso

The truth about this election is that it is bigger than merely partisan politics. It is less about Republicans versus Democrats than it is about the future of the American Republic. This is about fundamentally transforming America to what the founding fathers intended or allowing it to be transformed once and for all to a country where the liberty of our unalienable rights are destroyed forever. Donald Trump sums up the stakes pretty eloquently yet in a plain spoken manner that anyone can understand and relate to.

This is arguably our last chance to restore our government to one of for the people, by the people and of the people. The lies, deceit and corruption which runs through our current government must be stopped at all costs. They have stolen from Americans of all types with their unlawful and brutal criminal actions. This goes from the Native Americans who are peacefully protesting and being occupied, terrorized, arrested and injured by a militarized police force with no legal or moral authority while the media is silent. That land is sovereign Sioux Nation land and no federal, state or local officials have jurisdiction, little less the authority to be there yet there they are and only on the internet is this being shown.

The government actions here though are not an isolated instance of overreach and lawlessness in the name of special interests and government elites but an ongoing and continuing brazen attack upon the people of this land. The actions taken in Burns, Oregon where again a peaceful protest led to the ambush and murder of an American Patriot, Lavoy Finicum and the subsequent unlawful arrest, imprisonment and cruel and unusual punishment including beatings of American patriots who had the nerve to stand up and defy this government are another example. Yet we see protestors seeded with paid thugs to wreak havoc and destruction in American cities such as Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland under false narratives all pushed by the mainstream media and not one indictment or criminal charge is brought up even though the property damage was in the millions of dollars in mostly poor urban areas and the riots were televised.

The situation in the American west where ranchers have had their livelihoods and lands taken from them after being in the family for generations so the government can steal their land for the mineral rights goes unreported. That is until one brave rancher and his family were threatened by a government agency that has no constitutional basis and used armed mercenaries to try and steal and destroy their property. The mistake they made in Bunkerville, Nevada is they televised it and American patriots from all across this land came rushing to their aid and this time they came armed and ready to preserve liberty and the constitution with their lives if need be.

The government tried to set up “free speech zones” to divide the people but they refused to abide by this usurpation of our liberty because America by definition in its entirety is a free speech zone and no one or any government official has the right to limit what, where or how we choose to express ourselves freely. This incident led to the embarrassment of the BLM and their thugs retreating as they knew that to start shedding American blood on television would unite this country against this government just as the Boston Massacre did to spark the American War of independence.

So they left but not before destroying private property, killing off livestock and trying to transport stolen cattle across state lines a felony crime. Now two years after the fact they have rounded up and arrested family members who were unlawfully attacked on their own land and any supporters they could identify through media coverage. These people never resorted to violence and indeed put up with an outrageous amount of violence against them by the so called authorities yet they are the ones facing criminal charges. All these examples show a government that is out of control and clearly not working in the interests of the American people.

It is time to drain the swamp of Washington D.C, and weed out the criminals and traitors and replace them with people of good character who are willing to serve for a limited time out of a sense of duty to set this country back on its intended and righteous path. It is time for all Americans to realize and act upon the fact that this government and its complicit media has lied to us and enriched themselves at our expense. Benjamin Franklin when asked what type of government they had given us after the Constitutional convention had ended replied, “A republic if you can keep it”. It seems that after years of neglect we the people must take up our responsibility to ensure that we do keep it, that these criminals and traitors get the justice they deserve and we preserve the republic which we were given by the blood and wisdom of our founding fathers.

God And Guns And The Fight For Liberty

Posted in Declaration of Independence, Freedom of Speech, Liberty, Politics, Religious Freedom, Unalienable Rights with tags , , , , , , , , , on November 4, 2016 by authorcarloscardoso

God and Guns is one of if not my favorite Lynyrd Skynyrd song since Johnny Van Zant joined the band. This song is so relevant especially now as it reminds us of who we are as a people and what the struggle for liberty is all about. It is all about the struggle our founding fathers went through shedding the blood of patriots and tyrants in the just cause of liberty. They did this against seemingly insurmountable odds with faith that their cause was just and as such would be looked on with favor by our Creator and would be supported by Divine Providence.

Today we once again live in a world where the forces of darkness, evil, hate and tyranny are growing in power. This is the time that tries patriot’s souls for once again we are called upon to fight this threat by shining the light of righteous liberty upon their evil plots hatched in darkness. This is a battle for the hearts, souls and minds for freedom from tyranny for every single individual in Humanity across the world. The forces of evil have grown so strong that they operate arrogantly and somewhat openly. America is the battleground in the fight against tyranny and that is why they try to divide us because they know they cannot defeat us if we stand united.

The division that the government and the media try to sow among us is a tactic used to divide and conquer. We must look within each of our own hearts and ask ourselves who are we? The answer if we look deep inside is that we are AMERICANS, united in our beliefs that “We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal with certain unalienable rights that among these are the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” THAT is who we are and that simple truth makes us indivisible and strong for once again when our liberties are under siege we believe in the righteousness of our cause. We look to our Creator for faith, guidance and assistance in this great struggle to secure our birthright.

America and the ideal under which we were founded is the Creator’s vision for Humanity to live in. The Creator gave us the precious gifts of life and free will. Free will is the essence of liberty. The American founding was formed in the vision of living under God and nature’s law. That we would all be free to live as each one of us wishes, each seeking happiness in our own way. Liberty comes with great responsibilities as we must not judge or impose our will on our fellow man. We must understand that our liberties are only limited if they infringe on the liberty of anyone else. Most importantly liberty comes with the caveat that we are responsible for the consequences of our actions and choices.

Now is the time for all Americans to ignore the media and its incessant efforts to divide us, we know better. Ignorance is fertile ground for lies to be perceived as truths; therefore it is our duty to enlighten our fellow man so they cannot be deceived. Liberty is the light, the path and the ultimate answer. Patriots across this land must take up the call for the battle is underway and the power and capabilities that the tyrants have amassed is greater than any we’ve faced before. We must humble ourselves before our Creator and ask for His mercy, guidance and strength as we go forth to do his bidding. The task before us is simple, defeat the tyrants in a battle fought in the light of truth. To make the battle lines clear and stark, black and white with no gray area. This is purely and simply a fight between good and evil, between liberty and tyranny for all. We stand with our Creator in seeking justice and liberty for all.

The Real Stakes in the 2016 Election

This election is a stark choice between the possibilities of two very different paths for America. I realize that one outcome is certain while the other we can only pray is different. The one thing we’ve seen in this election cycle is that the statist elites reside in both parties. They have worked in collusion to put themselves above the law and above the American people. They have done everything in their power to control the outcome of the elections and our choices of candidates against our will. Hillary Clinton and her Democratic Party machine were able to steal the election from Bernie Sanders. The Republicans very dearly wanted a Bush – Clinton election which in essence would have been no choice at all. The Bush families, like the Clintons are statist elites who wish to give away American sovereignty and our constitutionally protected unalienable rights to a one world government and the forces of tyranny. President Obama has said that Americans need to give up our sovereignty for the greater good of the world.

Enter the alternative, Donald Trump who instead speaks of a powerful America not a tool of the globalists. He speaks of putting America and her people’s interests first. Everything we have seen and learned throughout this campaign seems to indicate that the globalist’s fear a Trump election. There have been reports that Clinton and George Soros plan to initiate violence in the streets if Trump wins so the peaceful transition of power can be stopped. This seems to show that the globalists were sure that this election would be their chance to ensure that the fundamental transformation of America would be completed and the United States as formed by the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the constitutional republic ultimately formed in 1787 would be destroyed.

They didn’t think that Great Britain would actually vote to leave the European Union an unseen blow to their plans. A Trump presidency could effectively stop their plans for a generation or more. This is of course only true if we, the American people aren’t being played for fools. If in the worst case scenario either the election is a farce and is rigged for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump is not independent but just another pawn of the globalists then the path to liberty will only be won with the refreshing of the Tree of Liberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants. If this is the case then it will be up to Divine Providence to look with favor on our cause.

Let’s however for a moment work under the assumption that Donald Trump is really working for us, the American people then the issues and their consequences and differences are quite clear. Hillary Clinton a liar, thief and traitor will work to destroy the America we love and she despises by her every action. The damage that she will be able to do will be irreversible through the democratic process. Let’s look at the tools or more to the point weapons she will have at her disposal.

First and foremost is the balance of the Supreme Court if Hillary wins the nature of the court will be changed so drastically as to be able to complete the destruction of our written and intended constitution along with its explicit protection of limited government and maximum individual liberty. All of our unalienable rights will be stripped away by a government that considers itself to be the grantor of our rights, taking the place of God and forcing the American people into a period of tyranny unimaginable to our founders. Consider the rights we have already had usurped by our so-called representative government. Our First, Second, Fourth Amendments have already been trampled upon with the new court they will disappear. Trump on the other hand has promised to select Supreme Court justices in the mold of Antonin Scalia who interpret the constitution as written and intended not something to evolve through judicial activism.

Secondly the American economy will be purposely destroyed by the ever growing debt that will surely come as they seek to implode our economy by a debt so large that the only way to repay it is to sell the American people and our country to foreigners. Our healthcare system will be forever destroyed as Obamacare fails and is replaced by a government issued single payer system that will effectively give control of our health and well being and literally our life and death to the government. Here again Donald Trump will work to restore American prosperity by lowering the burdens of taxes unconstitutional laws and regulations which hampers the growth of our economy, will repeal and replace Obamacare and will work to bring down the national debt.

Third Hillary is intent on keeping our borders open and changing the face and values of America. She will work to increase the acceptance of Syrian refugees without a thought to the implications and dangers that brings to our land. Donald Trump is clear on securing our borders and ensuring that legal immigrants are properly vetted and are coming here to assimilate and add to the strength of our unity. There are millions of people around the world who yearn to live in an America that promises opportunity for those willing to work for it.

Then to those who seek peace, prosperity and national security the choice again could not be clearer. Clinton has not protected our national security through her use of an illegal email server which was vulnerable to being hacked. Her mishandling of foreign affairs is unforgivable. All around the world her actions as Secretary of State have hurt America’s interests and standing in the world. Her inexcusable handling of the September, 11. 2012 attacks on the consulate in Benghazi and CIA annex leading to the deaths of four brave Americans is shameful. The policy she engineered in the Middle East from the Arab Spring in Egypt where she backed a terrorist organization over a long time US ally was foolish at best and treasonous at worst.

This is a woman who in the third presidential debate gave to the world the timeline of a United States nuclear strike. Clearly she is the candidate who cannot be trusted on issues of national security. This from a woman who has shown time and time again that her judgment is poor, misguided or purposefully treasonous. America cannot afford to take a chance on a Clinton presidency. These are but a few of the reasons why she cannot be elected. At this time in American history there is only one clear choice for President of the United States and that is Donald J. Trump.

Freedom of Speech, Lawlessness and the Misdirected Narrative

Posted in Freedom of Speech, Liberty with tags , , on September 13, 2016 by authorcarloscardoso

imagesleexk94a

The shame is that the story of government oppression of the American people by law enforcement has been twisted. Instead of the outrageous abuses perpetrated against us being truthfully reported and leading to a united righteous indignation, the narrative has been twisted. All you hear is that the police are oppressing and killing black men across the country. Thus instead of uniting the American people, the media propagandists of the statist tyrants push a false narrative to divide us.

This narrative has grown stronger with the decision by 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick to refuse to stand for the national anthem to protest the oppression of  black men by the brutal police, citing the bodies left in the streets without repercussions for those law enforcement officials who took those lives. The backlash has been fast and fierce. Kaepernick has been demonized for his actions and words. The sad truth is first of all anyone who dares to say they believe in and defend liberty must realize that he has the right to say and act in protest if he chooses and we must respect that. Instead many are calling for him to be punished for speaking out against his perceived injustice and tyranny.

The truth is the government is acting lawlessly through the actions of law enforcement and the judicial system. Here is where we must realize that Kaepernick is right about oppression; he’s just not really educated about the facts and what the government is targeting. The police targeting black people is pure propaganda used by the media to divide the American people to help the statists weaken the American people. If this were indeed true how many “African-Americans” would have been killed in the rioting in Baltimore and Ferguson? Consider that all of the rioting that occurred was televised and yet not one perpetrator of these real criminal acts has been prosecuted. So this false narrative of oppression of innocent black men is obviously an outright lie perpetuated by the main stream narrative.

So then what is the truth and what is really going on? The truth is that the government is using not only so called law enforcement agents but the judicial system to oppress liberty in America. Lavoy Finicum a true American patriot was murdered in cold blood and the Hammonds, the Bundys and their supporters have been mistreated, unlawfully deprived of their freedom and had their property destroyed and stolen. They are being held as political prisoners and being denied a fair chance to defend themselves by a corrupt judicial system. So while this travesty of justice is going on the mainstream media is completely silent. The ranchers of the west are being driven out of business and their land that has been in their families for generations is being stolen from them.

The obvious question to anyone with the ability to think independently is why are these ranchers being targeted, killed and robbed of their livelihoods. The reason is these people dared to stand up to the government and tried to spread the word of justice against unconstitutional government actions. Their courage in standing up and spreading the word of how we the people can stand against these governmental criminal actions are being made an example of. This is being done in order to let other liberty loving patriots who would consider to stand up know that they will be dealt with swiftly and severely.

So in reality Kaepernick got it half right, there is government oppression going on and innocent people are being killed. The part he got wrong is that this oppression is not aimed at black people it is actually being aimed at anyone who dares question the government. It is aimed at anyone who has the courage to speak out about the constitution, the power of we the people, government overreach and lawlessness. So all you liberty loving patriots must realize that Kaepernick has the right to do what he wishes. The shame of it is that it is being used by the statists to divide us. The media hypes up racial tensions while remaining completely silent on the situation of these ranchers and their supporters. The tyrants are trying to cow us into being fearful of standing up for what is right and just. Stay strong America for our cause is just. We just need to change the narrative. We must embrace and spread liberty, pledging our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor to ensure that liberty does not perish.

The Fourth of July 1776 and 2013

Posted in Foreign Policy, Freedom of Speech, Politics with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on July 19, 2013 by authorcarloscardoso

The Fourth of July in 1776 marked the day that representatives from the 13 British Colonies declared their independence from England and the rule of King George. This was not an action taken lightly or quickly. The colonists had for years asked their government to address their grievances but were ignored leaving the colonists no choice but to separate themselves from England. The colonists did not do this to become free, for they were British citizens and as such were considered free men. They did not take this action to establish a democracy; they did so for a higher purpose.  They did so to establish the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with equality for all men as endowed by their Creator. The signers of the Declaration of Independence pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to this cause with firm reliance on Divine Providence.

Two hundred and 37 years later we celebrated the birth of our nation by this founding document which culminated in the drafting of our Constitution on September 17, 1787. Those same 13 former colonies, now independent States came together and seeking Divine guidance gave us the Constitution and later added the first ten amendments which enumerated our inalienable rights that the government was created to protect. The Constitution established our Republican form of government, guaranteed our individual liberties and sovereignty.  We have democratic principles in place but a system of separation of powers to ensure that we do not allow a majority to take away the rights of the minority. It is the shortest written Constitution in the world but has the distinction of being the longest continuously in place in the world today. However our Constitutional Republic has never been in greater danger since we were bold enough to declare our independence. The saddest part of that statement besides it being true is that Americans have no idea how far we are from our founding ideals and how our current government has trampled on our Constitution.

The Obama administration with the tacit approval of both the legislative and judicial branch has taken away and diminished our individual rights. The Constitution was literally the various free and independent States and the individual citizens entering into a contract with the government. As an individual we gave to the federal government limited powers through our consent. The congress was divided into the House of Representatives which was intended to give the citizens a voice and the Senate which was to represent the various States. Together they would pass the laws which fell within the limited scope of the Constitution. The Executive Branch was to faithfully execute the law and the Judicial Branch was to ensure that the laws were within the boundaries of the Constitution as written and intended. The States were ensured their sovereignty as well as the individual citizen according to Natural Law.

Fast forward to today and look at it through the eyes of the Founding Fathers and the citizens of the day. The Stamp Act passed by the British Parliament and enforced by the King through the use of the British Army, gave them the right to enter into our homes to ensure that we had all our documents stamped. This abuse of power was a rallying cry for the colonists and led directly to the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution protecting our rights to be secure in our persons, homes, papers and effects unless there is a warrant for a specific area and or thing to be searched. Now for the opportunity to travel by air we and our belongings are searched without a warrant as if we were all criminals under investigation with an established probable cause.

Another example of government abuse of power today would be the Boston Marathon bombing case and the government’s response. What would be mind boggling to our ancestors would be the City of Boston and its citizens’ response to the actions taken. Substitute the Redcoats as they were called at the time for the Boston Police Department. Imagine the armored vehicles of today being cavalry and artillery with armed soldiers instead of the body armored police officers deployed with automatic machine guns going house to house. They then at gun point force the citizens to leave their homes to be searched looking for two fugitives. How do you think our forefathers would have reacted to such an invasion of an American city? They certainly would not have happily complied and applauded the government’s actions. There would have been outrage and all able bodied men would have been called to arms.

Throw in the scandals of the NSA monitoring our phone calls and internet communications without probable cause and a warrant. Then ask yourself if it was truly being done in the name of national security looking for terrorist activity, how they inexplicably missed Major Hassan at Fort Hood and the Boston bombers. They both had jihadist propaganda on their Facebook pages. The Russians warned us about the bombers and one even travelled to Chechnya, a known Muslim extremist hotbed and no attention was paid to them. So who are they really watching and why?

Then add the IRS scandal where political opponents of the current administration were targeted and persecuted and the violation of our First and Fourth amendment rights were being abused leading up to an election and where is the public outcry and outrage? Add to this the AP and Fox News wiretapping and where is our Freedom of the Press?  All while the top law enforcement official in the nation perjured himself in testimony before Congress about his knowledge and involvement in these actions. On the heels of his obstruction of justice and perjury in the Fast and Furious gun scandal isn’t this enough to warrant his dismissal and prosecution? Yet the President protects him using executive privilege which on the face of it implies the President was complicit in the Fast and Furious Operation. He then allows the Department of Justice to investigate the matter with the press and again the Attorney General is not held accountable. All while the FBI chief can’t even tell us if the IRS scandal is being investigated.

President Obama and Attorney General Holder get to pick and choose not only which laws they will uphold but even which parts of laws they will uphold. The voter intimidation case in Philadelphia by the New Black Panthers is dismissed as they were about to be found guilty of an egregious crime against the citizens of this country and our right to vote. They chose to not enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, they chose to not enforce our immigration laws and cease deporting illegal aliens. They use the excuse of sequestration to free illegal aliens from prisons across the country by decree. The President suspends the Affordable Patient Care Act employer mandate until after the mid-term elections. The UN Ambassador and Secretary of State lie and obstruct justice after four Americans including an Ambassador and two former Navy SEALs are killed on the anniversary of 9-11 and the truth of what happened, who knew and why nothing was done remains unanswered and the survivors who owe their lives to the brave actions of the two former Navy SEALs have still not been heard from. The list goes on and on. The Congress which has the power to call for an Independent Counsel with subpoena powers to investigate and follow this pattern of deception and unconstitutional and illegal activities does not pursue it to its logical conclusion which is to write up Articles of Impeachment and put an end to this pattern of behavior. Seems that King George has nothing on President Obama and our federal government, and the American people who so cherished liberty that they would take on their own government, the mightiest nation on Earth sit idly by as our liberties are being usurped and our Constitution is trampled.  Our forefathers would be saddened and ashamed.
