The Purpose of Government and Its Just Powers

The Americans who risked everything to introduce liberty in the New World would have never put up with what we are enduring today. What they said then should ring true today but we know that it doesn’t even come close. Today Americans are close to surrendering our individual rights to the government forever and for what? To stop these public shootings like El Paso & Dayton, if you honestly think that this is the solution, you are delusional.

Gun control measures such as the proposed federal as well as state red flag laws and bump stock ban laws are unconstitutional in that they infringe on our most sacred of all our unalienable rights; the right to self-defense the guardian of all our liberties and rights. These laws are extremely dangerous as the federal bump stock law is ex post facto law which means that it takes a prior legal action and retroactively makes you a criminal for possessing property you legally acquired and demands destruction, turning in for nothing or facing felony charges for keeping. This is expressly forbidden in the Constitution in Article 1, Section 9 “No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed’. There was no legislation passed to make this the law of the land, the president issued an executive order asking the Department of Justice to do so through regulation thus circumventing what would have been clearly unconstitutional legislation.

The red flag laws are also unconstitutional and an outright assault on our rights and liberties as this process is ex parte where a family member or the police can seek an injunction to confiscate your guns and ammunitions before a judge without the knowledge that you are being targeted or even the ability to have your side represented or even considered. There is no due process in place to protect an individual and it even allows the government to decide who is a danger to themselves or others. So, the government can claim that you were a threat to the government and you could be disarmed. We the people have unalienable rights, the government since it is an entity and not a person has no inherent or unalienable rights and therefore no standing to pass or enforce these laws.

These actions would’ve been greeted with indignation and outrage had this been done by a Democratic President and congress so Obama was powerless to do these things. Yet a Republican President with a Republican Senate and Democratic House seem to be able to do these things in a vacuum of silence. It is important to realize that in natural law on which our government and the constitution were based a crime requires a victim and again as stated before a law or regulation cannot have as a victim the government as again it is not a person it is an entity.

The proposed federal red flag law being sponsored by Senator Marco Rubio and publicly supported by President Trump are clearly a usurpation of our rights on an unimaginable scale and scope. It is frankly incomprehensible that a child of Cuban immigrants who witnessed first-hand how government gun control not only solidified the power of tyranny over the people but directly led to the death and imprisonment of thousands of Cuban people could support little less sponsor such legislation. Clearly Senator Rubio hasn’t learned anything from the history of his ancestors and the plight of his people and if it is allowed to pass then tyranny will triumph over liberty and mass murder will not be stopped but empowered by a government that has failed in its duty to protect our rights and liberties

To quote Thomas Jefferson, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.” This government has had a consistent pattern of being destructive to their just purpose of securing our rights.

This alone is sufficient reason as Jefferson so eloquently said that it is the right of the people to alter or abolish the government and institute a new government that’s form will seem most likely to affect our safety and happiness. This is the latest in a long string of usurpations we have suffered at the hands of our government. That list of usurpations can wait for another day but we must remember this, that these usurpations have been historically successful under Republican Administrations as seen here under the Trump Administration and before that the George W. bush Administration with the passage of the misnamed Patriot Act. Only Abraham Lincoln, ironically the first Republican President has done more damage through his subjugation of the free and independent states that comprised the Confederacy irreversibly destroying State’s rights, suspending the constitution and using tactics that amounted to war crimes through the wanton destruction of the South and the property of its citizens attacking nonmilitary targets during Sherman’s march.

Gun control is all about control and disarming the American people and has nothing to do with keeping us safe. The concept that President Trump is espousing of monitoring social media to try and prevent crime is outrageous and will not keep us safe but on the contrary will put us squarely on the path to tyranny and the end of a country conceived in liberty. The American people need to decide now whether they support the principle of liberty or will blindly follow into slavery because they support a particular political party or politician. In the end if you choose to follow anyone into submission and tyranny then you have willingly been played for a fool and slavery will be your reward.

Just look at history and you will see multiple examples of how once mighty and proud nations were destroyed by their compliance and silence as the light of liberty was extinguished in their lands. We cannot allow it to happen again here in America. We must abandon the narrative of left and right, Democrats and Republicans, progressives and conservatives because in the end it is really the same fight. It is the fight between good and evil, liberty and tyranny, freedom or slavery. This is the fork in the road that will determine the fate of not only America but the world. We must find the courage and wisdom in our hearts to say no, this cannot be allowed to happen, this is something worth defending with trust in the righteousness of our belief that liberty is worth fighting for and if need be dying for. As Patrick Henry said I know not what course others may take but for me give me liberty or give me death!

Liberty In Peril

It’s sad to think it but you just can’t help but wonder, does anybody care? We live in the land where liberty was fought for and won against the mightiest empire the world had yet seen. Against all odds, men of courage, principle and honor established a land where all men were viewed as equals under God. We were to live in a land where our fortunes and our destinies were ours to mold not to be controlled by a government or the whims of a monarch.
We were meant to live free pursuing happiness by embracing liberty and creating our own destiny. We were supposed to treasure and protect our inalienable rights to find the happiness that freedom from tyranny affords. Yet somewhere soon after the blood spilled and the sacrifices necessary were forgotten we lost sight of protecting our hard-won gains. The constitution we were told was in place to ensure it, and with that promise we let down our guard and the road to tyranny was paved.
Two hundred and forty-three years ago what is going on now in this country would’ve been viewed as intolerable. The insufferable laws, regulations and usurpations of our liberties to speak, travel freely, defend ourselves and most importantly enjoy a reasonable expectation of privacy are an abomination worth fighting over. We live in a world where our every movement, every action is monitored even in our homes. You can ignore it but you can’t deny it so where is the outrage?
Even innocents who have nothing to do with the immense accumulation of power or the patriots who oppose it are being injured, killed, or unjustly imprisoned on false charges easily manipulated by the abilities they have to control the internet and all connected devices. We live in a land where the illusion of freedom is that and nothing more. Where our collective individual rights are being destroyed & a police state growing in capability to unlawfully surveil our every movement expands their scope. Liberty is being trampled & the constitution hasn’t done anything to stop it or control it.
Unfortunately, Liberty is in peril and the only way to save it; is the American people must be willing to fight and if necessary, die for it. We can’t sit back and watch or ignore as people are attacked, intimidated, imprisoned and murdered without being emotionally compelled to act. Remember how we felt on September 12, 2001. We cherished our families, embraced our faith and were angered seeking justice and even vengeance against who we were led to believe were responsible.
Now I ask you if we were willing to go to war in Afghanistan to punish those, we were told were responsible, would you be willing to fight the government if it was, they who did it? If you knew that our government was murdering people and stealing your rights as they look to enslave you and your posterity what would you be willing to do? Would you look away and feign ignorance or apathy, or be driven to righteous indignation and be prepared to do whatever you could to ensure that liberty not only survives but burns brightly across the world?
No need to answer these questions as history will show if the American experiment of self-governance is sustainable or if tyranny wins out. Individually we will either do our part to regain our liberties and our inalienable rights or will not. History is written by the victors so there is no guarantee that this battle between good and evil will be accurately captured. When we all look in the mirror the truth will be there for us all to see for ourselves. Did I do what I could to ensure liberty for my family and country or fail to engage in the never-ending battle between good and evil or sit it out distracted by bread and circuses or cowardice and fear.

The Illusion of Freedom and the Loss of Liberty

Today the American people live in an illusion of freedom caught up in one of two narratives. The first is Republican versus Democrats as if this is a critical decision when deciding who will best represent the interests of us the American people. The other false narrative is of left versus right as if the politicians we get to choose from really makes a difference. The truth is that the 2016 elections and the aftermath has clearly shown that neither Republicans or Democrats, so-called right-wing conservatives or left-wing progressives really were working for a different America when they were both clearly shown to be working against the will of the American people and working in collusion for their own common goals.
The truth is both party establishments are working to establish a new world order. This new world order envisions a world without borders, without national sovereignty and ruled by one world government. This government can only come about at the loss of American sovereignty and the relinquishing of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as endowed upon all of Humanity by our creator. This vision of a new world order is predicated on the eradication of individual liberty to an all powerful one world government with tyranny at its core.
The two-party system and elections are nothing more than an illusion to keep the population controlled by giving the illusion of choice where in fact there is none. Consider some of the most important issues of our time and the way both parties have handled them. First the national debt, there was much ado made about how the Obama administration added more to the national debt than all previous administrations before them yet here we are two years later and what has changed? Nothing, we continue to add to the national debt at the same levels and debt reduction is unheard of in the media or by the representatives chosen to do the people’s business.
So, we have the issue of fiscal responsibility which should be a major difference if the left versus right paradigm were true but the actions of our government proves otherwise. Now let us talk about liberty again an issue that Republicans and Democrats as well as conservatives and progressives supposedly differ greatly yet where is the argument being made that big government is the antithesis of maximum personal liberty? Nowhere, big government has expanded to the point where our every movement is tracked, our every communication is monitored even in the sanctity of our homes.
Now we have a so-called security apparatus in place and being augmented daily to control us and strip us of our most basic inalienable rights to free speech, a free and independent press, privacy, the right to own and use our property as we see fit and self-defense. Gun control is being pushed on us at every level of government because history shows that a free people who are disarmed are no threat to a tyrannical government and has led to the slaughter of millions across the globe wherever it has been successfully implemented. That’s why the United Nations is pushing its small arms treaty which is nothing short of a global plan to remove guns from the people of the world so that tyranny may reign and liberty’s light be snuffed out across the world.
We live under a government run by bureaucrats working in our intelligence agencies along with our law enforcement agencies that are not only intrusive but dangerous with no regard for the people they are supposed to represent and protect. The CIA is waging a mostly silent war against American patriots and veterans are their number one target. Through purposeful neglect and outright murder our retired military personnel are being hunted down and eliminated. The deaths are inexplicable and are often blamed on suicide a convenient way to hide these deaths as personal weaknesses not outside influences. Even high-ranking active duty military personnel are not safe.
Look at the case of Vice-Admiral Scott Stearny, the commander of the US Navy’s 5th fleet who not coincidently died the same day as George H.W. Bush on November 30, 2018. The Admiral as Commander of the US Navy’s 5th Fleet was in a position where he commanded over 20,000 coalition forces in one of the most dangerous areas in the world. By virtue of the importance of his command of the 5th Fleet he would have had a security contingent of the best warriors the world has ever known yet his death is hardly covered in the media and publicly ignored by the president and commander-in-chief. All that was reported at the time was that foul play had been ruled out and the NCIS and Bahraini Foreign Ministry were investigating this “apparent suicide”.
The story has faded into obscurity more than two and a half weeks later as it was meant to. There is no organization on the face of this Earth that could have murdered this man and gotten away with it other than the CIA. The illusion of freedom is coming to an inevitable end as America cannot be conquered from outside but is vulnerable only from within. Yet the conquest of America from within will be bloody as patriots, ordinary citizens who believe in the Declaration of Independence and the united States Constitution, along with retired veterans, special ops and active military who honor their oath to defend the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic will rise together again in the cause of liberty.
Admiral Stearny was an important piece that was quickly and efficiently ruthlessly removed from the board in a war as old as time eternal, good versus evil, liberty versus tyranny, freedom versus servitude. The admiral did not commit suicide and what his role was in this fight over our hard-earned sovereignty and liberty and the implementation of a new world order is uncertain. Yet there can be no doubt that his untimely death wasn’t a suicide and the media will never investigate little less reveal the cause and the motive for this man’s death. A noun, seven-letter word, three syllables defined by Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary in the following way: Plural liberties
1: the quality or state of being free
a: the power to do as one pleases
b: freedom from physical restraint
c: freedom from arbitrary or despotic control
d: the positive enjoyment of various social, political or economic rights and privileges
e: the power of choice
The definition begins with being free this is why the word liberty is seldom heard, freedom has become synonymous although it is not. They continue with “the power to do as one pleases”. Now I would have to disagree with that as there is no power just ability and to do as one pleases is also incorrect because liberty has limits. Their definition doesn’t recognize that liberty extends and ends where the life of another person is impacted, we don’t have the power to kill anyone as we please. Those limits are understood as and classified as God and Nature’s Law.
We could spend time covering the other definitions but I’d like to focus on two points, one that being free and freedom are in three of the top number one definitions and then c: freedom from arbitrary or despotic control is worth discussion. This definition is not only correct but insightful as it talks about arbitrary, despotic and control. All of these are elements of tyranny and its proponents. This shapes the definition of liberty in a different light; that of good to tyranny’s evil.
The definition of rightful liberty as defined by Thomas Jefferson is:
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.
So, given the chance with all due respect to Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and in light of Thomas Jefferson’s insightful definition. I think it is a complex concept that one must understand if one is to embrace it as a value so I would humbly suggest the following.
1. The inalienable right to pursue happiness by choices that harm or diminish no other.
a: The right to do as one wishes as long as it hurts no other.
b: The responsibility to live with the consequences of our choices.
Let us start here to discuss the comparison to the definitions above and Thomas Jefferson’s terms of rightful liberty, the quality or state of being free as compared to the suggestion above. Their definition suggests that being free is synonymous with pursuing liberty I do not agree. It doesn’t state where liberty comes from, its limitations in regards to others and the responsibility for the consequences of our choices and actions. All of these plus tolerance for anyone to practice true liberty must understand that the right to make choices is universal and although we may not agree we must respect our fellow man or woman to live life as they see fit. We are not to be judged or to judge others, that is not our place nor our right.
So, liberty is a responsibility for we are left with the consequences of our choices and actions. The pursuit of happiness is universal the actual attaining of that goal will vary according to circumstances and individual choices. The limitation is not only tolerance but respect for our fellow beings as we claim that life and liberty are a gift from our Creator. Lastly, no one has the authority to usurp our liberty or impose tyranny upon us, our rights are inalienable.
Because Liberty therefore is the foundation of freedom, Liberty is greater than freedom the pursuit of which will create the circumstances where rightful freedom is possible. Without true Righteous Liberty freedom is an illusion a false sense of security. We have allowed our liberties to be trampled over the centuries since our inception in the Declaration of Independence. It is our duty to ensure its existence against the despots, tyrants and all who would seek control over others.

A List of Grievances Requiring Redress From The Federal Government

It is past time that we the American People face the reality that our current system of government is failing in what it was intended to do. These failures of our federal government to live within the confines of the Constitution of the United States has committed grievous offenses against the American People, the rightful rulers of our land. As such we must demand restitution of our inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and that the federal government be restructured to its original enumerated powers and purpose. The tyrannical growth of the scope, size, power and invasiveness on our individual rights especially privacy must be dismantled immediately.
The Federal Reserve must be investigated, audited and then dissolved with the power to control our currency residing in the House of Representatives as written in the constitution. The international corporation who through unconstitutional legislation was founded will return to the people the earnings of the American People they have stolen. Those found to be engaged in unconstitutional and or criminal activities shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This will be the last national bank in America once the restitution of all stolen money has been completed.
The federal government has grown beyond what is necessary and affordable. The Congress along with the President shall pass a budget cutting government expenses where the debt is extended no further and is demonstrably paying down the national debt. The national debt is a national security issue and must be treated as such. A debtor nation is neither free or sovereign subject to the whims of our creditors. The national debt must be eliminated as soon as possible.
The inalienable rights to freedom of speech, assembly, religion a free press and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances has been violated. The press is controlled by the government and is therefore by definition not free. Government involvement in all matters of media be it old or new platforms shall cease immediately. Freedom of speech in all its forms are to be free from government surveillance, legislation, adjudication or regulation without limit immediately and forevermore.
The right to privacy extends to a reasonable expectation to privacy. This includes freedom from having our communications including written, electronic or digital be surveilled without a warrant. All of our thoughts expressed remain our property in the context of ownership this includes the expectations that our physical location is private and not subject to monitoring or collecting. The right to privacy of our persons and effects shall be inviolable whether in the privacy of our homes, property or in transit through any mode of transportation.
The use of existing and future technologies shall be free from infringing on our individual inalienable rights to privacy. No governmental agency, individual, corporation or entity may incorporate any essential policies contrary to our individual privacy rights to use any means of communication, engaging in self-expression or commerce. The internet, its platforms, applications and all modes of communication will not be considered a surrender of the property of our movements or whereabouts. The use of technology shall not come at the cost of the loss of any of our liberties endowed in us by our Creator.
All unconstitutional provisions, laws or regulations such as the Patriot Act and provisions in the NDAA shall be shall be immediately null and void. The federal government shall return all powers not exclusively given to the states and the individuals of this country. All undeclared wars shall cease immediately and all use of the military shall be used only with the approval of the congress under Article I Section 8 of the constitution.
This is not an all-inclusive list but a starting point. Let the federal government listen and respond to the will of the people and resume its rightful place and role in the lives of the people it was created to serve. The federal government must respond and address our righteous grievances. Failure to do so will force the American People to use our inalienable right to dissolve the current system of government and replace it with one that ensures liberty for ourselves and our posterity with reliance on Divine Providence to guide our path.

The Choice of Brett Kavanaugh For Supreme Court Justice

The most critical choice being considered now is the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States. The media is spinning this as a right vs left, Democrat vs Republican, Trump supporter or anti-Trump vote. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is about putting a justice on the court who will interpret constitutional issues on the text within the context of intent, by the founding fathers.
Justice Kavanaugh is not a proponent of individual expectation to privacy. He interprets the constitution as written without regard for intent. This narrow view makes the Bill of Rights a restriction on our individual liberties not a minimum guarantee as intended. This is exactly why some of the Founders felt the Bill of Rights was not only unnecessary but dangerous as it could be used to constrain our rights to only these and the narrow definitions contained within.
Some of the founding fathers were insistent that the Bill of Rights was essential because they felt that these minimum guarantees were necessary to protect liberty. Yet now the text is used to limit what those liberties were defined as, not how it was intended. The Founders never would have expected that our reasonable right to privacy would be relinquished when travelling by normal conveyance for personal or business needs yet what rights do we relinquish through force of law when flying on an airplane?
This is a common mode of transportation yet we have given up our rights to privacy in our things and our person for the “convenience” of flying. Now we see the same things with our cell phone records including our calls and our location tracking data held for 5 years by the carrier. This information is given to 3rd parties, the cell phone tower owners to collect. The argument then is that we have voluntarily relinquished the information, it is their property a key distinction, so our expectation of privacy to be tracked is lost.
Justice Kavanaugh has written that the collection of our phone records can be used by the government in the name of national security. He doesn’t view privacy and its importance in the context of not only the Fourth Amendment, he ignores the Ninth and the Tenth. Our right to privacy is inalienable and absolute. The power to surveil our every word even in the supposed sanctity of our homes and means of conveyance, such as our cars is the epitome of tyranny and a means of control.
Our inalienable rights are not defined or confined to the words written in the individual amendments to the constitution. Nor are they defined through the rulings of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is a separate but equal branch of government and no more. The Constitution was written to ensure that the federal government was contained to its enumerated powers and no more. The Supreme Court through the power of judicial review has allowed the government to amass powers never intended and this has gone on for centuries.
Now technology will be introduced where everything in your home will be voice activated and listening all the time. Now the government can listen and watch us in the very sanctity of our homes. This is not liberty as the Founders intended to leave their posterity after fighting for their inalienable rights. Technology’s reach is expanding and it is being used against us by the globalists behind the deep state. We must realize that all powers not given to the federal government were retained by the States and the individual. The constitution through judicial review has weakened the binds of the constitution meant to constrain the federal government. States’ rights and individual rights are being trampled and this must end now.
Justice Kavanaugh on the grounds of constitutional interpretation has a record of being weak on protecting our individual rights to privacy. This is an issue of great importance now and even more in the not so distant future. We need a Supreme Court who will look at the constitution and especially our rights through the perspective of intent and context not strict interpretation of one part of the text. This narrow focus misses the point and endangers us all to tyranny and that was never the intent of the founders. We would do well to demand that our liberties be defended not undermined. In the case of our right to privacy. Brett Kavanaugh doesn’t seem to be in the best interests of the American people. I urge the Senate to quickly reject Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination and find a more suitable candidate.

Peeling Back The Onion

The people speak about the existence of a deep state working within our government against the interests of the American people and our system of governance. The first thing that people must realize is that this is not a new phenomenon. The CIA along with the backing of the international criminal organization known as the Federal Reserve have been bankrolling them while robbing the American people of our hard earned wealth through fraud and crimes against our liberty.

The truth once it eventually is exposed by the light of day will show that America has been under constant attack by the forces of tyranny since before our independence and ever since. The fact is that liberty has always been under siege so it’s up to us to decide how far back into uncovering this treachery do we go. Recently the Kennedy assassination files have begun to be released. Perhaps we can start there almost six decades of lies, murders and theft that had to be protected at what cost?

We can start three decades ago and the actions taken under H.W. Bush towards surrendering American sovereignty to the UN. We can move up to the Clintons and the audacity which with they pushed their criminal activity. We can go up to George W. Bush who masterfully played the American people to happily give up their liberties under the guise of increased security in the face of fighting terrorism. Or we could start with the Obama and Clinton alliance which took criminality and the rise of tyranny to new heights with the help of many bureaucrats and elected politicians all guilty of treason whether by action or omission.

Either way we need to decide where to start because justice and liberty have been denied for far too long and immediate action is required. We have the Bundys and their fellow patriots who rallied to their side to stand against government lawlessness and intimidation only to be hunted down and held as political prisoners. If we are to believe that OUR government will do what is right then the Bundys, the Hammonds and many more Americans who have been persecuted, abused, murdered and wrongfully imprisoned must find justice.

It is time that these patriots and patriots all across this land find justice from a government that has trampled our liberties and robbed us of our livelihoods and even murdered some spilling the blood of patriots beginning the watering of the Tree of Liberty. Soon the blood of tyrants will be mixed with the blood of our patriot brothers. This will only happen once the light of liberty shines the light of truth across this land and the tyrants are exposed and brought to justice. This will take time because the more we peel away the layers of illusion and misinformation the more traitors that will be exposed and the further back we will go realizing how much we have been asleep at the wheel and allowed evil to grow so strong.
